First of all, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of the owners, and tell you your board will work together to implement the projects as you have directed us.

That said, welcome to a new board. We welcome Gary Nordloh, who brings vast experience to our group and Wayne Stokes, who has been an owner since 1974. We are looking forward to meeting and working with Wayne. Our board members are: Mike Ambler, President; LaVonne Harrison, Vice President; Gary Nordloh, Treasurer; and Molly Bovee, Secretary; Members at large are: Ed Chung, John Oery, Wayne Stokes, Ron Smith and Dee Wunschel.

The board has approved the landscape proposal for the planter bed fronting Alii Drive and the store front parking lot. Beautification will begin immediately. Thank you to our landscape co-chairs, Jan Gantzer and John Oery.

One unexpected delay, Kone has notified us that they will not be able to start the south elevator modernization until possibly the second week in April, for this we apologize.

We are off to a fast start – we have scheduled work sessions, and are working on air conditioning issues, including bids. Also, we are working on a solution for our planter boxes. Be assured, we are moving forward to get these two important issues solved.

We thank you for your patience to those of you for sitting through a lengthy owners meeting, and we will strive to make meetings shorter. I look forward to a very productive year with your board, and I assure you, our projects are moving forward quickly.
